Daniel L. Greenberg

Daniel Greenberg

Dan Greenberg is renowned for his legal experience and litigation savvy by judges and lawyers throughout Southern California.  Dan graduated with highest honors from UC Riverside and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from UC Davis. He started his legal career as a sworn Deputy DA in Riverside County over 40 years ago and never slowed down.  In 1979, Dan founded a firm that he would spend the next five decades building.  His principle was simple, treat every client as if they were family.

Over the years, Dan has handled dozens of high-profile, media-covered, public cases that vaulted him to “A-List” of Inland Empire Lawyers.   His reputation grew and he became universally recognized as an expert in multiple areas of criminal defense.  But more importantly to Dan, he has quietly and unassumingly represented thousands of unknown, private citizens who came to him when accused of crimes.

Dan remains as the managing partner at Greenberg, Greenberg & Kenyon.  His standards of zealous advocacy are embodied by the firm and the entrenched in hallways of the office he built.  To this day, the phrase, “Dan Greenberg on behalf of the defense,” means the accused will receive the best defense possible in a criminal court.
